October 13, 2009 Phishing/Spoofing Alert
 Please be aware of a new phishing/spoofing attack proliferating the internet. [example below]
If you or your customers are getting these types of security alerts please notify us right away and please warn them to not click on the links in these mails.
They will appear to come from an email likesystem-administrator@CLIENTDOMAIN.TLD (clientdomain.tld being the customer's real domain name)
Bizwala updates software directly and will never require a client to click on a link to interact with an update. We also do not send random emails requesting information updates. (For security purposes, to protect our customers, we do request the last 4 digits of the billing credit card on file to authenticate access to the account, but only when a change request is made by a client.)

On October 16, 2009 server upgrade will take place. Due to this the system may be offline for approximately half an hour. The changes will concern security, reliability and performance of mail service and the system as a whole. For compatibility of your browsers and mail clients with upgraded server software you should run SSl certificates update procedure. This procedure is quite simple. All you have to do is just to click the link provided, to save the patch file and then to run it from your computer location. That's all.
